Artist's Comments
This is our gingerbread house that Dave and I made for my mother for this Christmas. It stands at 2 feet and 3 inches tall (27 inches total). The entire template was custom built by Dave - and I iced it for about 1 and a half hours. The entire piece is totally edible apart from the slate slab it is sitting on. All the silver balls are edible candy (placed at all the connecting points in the icing ) and the top is a red jube-jube candy.
It was an amazing experience to create this eiffel tower and we will do more in the future.
